Excellent service, the manager is very friendly, she explains things about the city and is available for any questions, the hostel is very comfortable and makes you feel at home, there is a kitchen which is great if you prefer to save and laundry service is available. which is perfect if you don’t bring a very large suitcase 😀
I had the most wonderful stay with Martha, Laura and Julie. They really create a homy vibe and I felt very welcome and taken care of. The rooms are super cozy and the kitchen is well equipped. It’s only a short walk from the center and there are lots of great restaurants and grocery stores around. I would always stay here again, also just for the warm atmosphere Martha & team provide.

Unfortunately the customer service was very poor. The owner who was in Spain, failed to reply to 6 messages about our booking.
In addition when there was a flood in our bathroom we received no initial apology and was told where the mop was!

I stayed here for a weekend, the hostel is very cozy and a great value for the price. It has an excellent location in the historic center of San Cristobal. The hosts were amazing, especially Marta. She gave me great recommendations for eating breakfast and drinking hot chocolate.
I liked the hotel. It is modest, authentic in places, but well maintained. The staff works all day and it shows. The flowers around are pleasing to the eye and the whole atmosphere is very friendly and homely. They have different rags for different needs – hands, dishes, table, and such meticulousness is admirable. And so that guests can easily comply with these rules, there is a poster with designations on the wall. It’s cool, I liked it!)) It’s nice when you can write a positive review and give recommendations. Thank you!
Would recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience what San Cristobal has to offer. You get good value for the price! The rooms were super cozy with each room having its own «personality». The kitchen was clean and nice. The roof top is great for hang outs, the sunset and yoga (they have mats at the hostel). Marta was a great host. Super welcoming and helpful! It was very hot on the days we were there but we asked for a fan and Marta fixed it right away. Thank you for having us !!:-)
I am very happy to have found a beautiful place to rest with my family; safe, warm, very comfortable and charming!… I really felt at home. It is the best option if you want to have a beautiful experience in Sancristobal.
The hostel is one of the nicest hostels I’ve been to so far. You can see how much attention to detail Marta and Daniel have put into it. There are many plants throughout the hostel, there are even umbrellas and a yoga mat that you can use. There is a roof terrace and the kitchen is very well equipped. I felt right at home. Unfortunately, I was only here for a few days, but you can definitely stay for a month or longer. There is so much to explore around the city and the hostel is always a safe and cozy place to return to. The city centre is less than 5 minutes away on foot. In addition, there are great local shops with fruit and vegetables, baked goods, coffee and second-hand shops in the immediate side streets.
We spent 4 days at the hostel and had a lovely time. The location of the hostel is safe and central. We loved spending our time at the terace in the mornings.

The hostel is quite small, so in case you’re hopping for a lot of socialization and activities, this might not be the place for you. Since it was a bit quieter, it was perfect for us. Everything is very well organized and clean. You can really see all the love put in this place.

Such a great place! The rooms are nice and quiet. The location is next to the main street of San Cristobal. The hostess is super nice and gave us so many tips for the region and even booked us multiple amazing tours! Would definitely come back when i get the chance.
Love this hostel! Definitely recommend it to everyone that loves to have a tranquil stay in San Cristobal. The hostel felt like a home away from home. Marta directly made me feel so welcome and has always been there to help me with anything from recommendations for trips, restaurants, to massages or to just have a nice little chitchat. She has such a warm personality and I really appreciated how she helped me with everything. Met some very nice fellow travelers in the hostel as Marta tries to connect you to each other for doing trips together for example. Which I really liked as a solo traveler sleeping in a private room. The WiFi is good and the location of the hostel is quite nice. Not far from the center and everything you need around you.
